    Where can I find my vehicle report?

    Your reports are available in My Reports within your account. You can also access a report directly from the link provided after your VIN search.

    I forgot my password. How can I reset it?

    Go to the Sign In page and click "Forgot password?" to receive a password reset link via email.

    I have a billing question or need help with my subscription.

    For any billing inquiries, including questions about charges or your subscription, email us at support@lookupvin.us and include the email address associated with your account.

    How do I request a refund?

    Vehicle history reports are compiled from multiple third-party data sources and may not reflect every incident or event. If you notice a specific error or believe data is missing, contact support with the VIN and details of the issue so we can investigate.

    How do I delete my account?

    You can request account deletion by emailing support@lookupvin.us from the email associated with your account. We may ask for verification to protect your privacy.

    Try refreshing the page, clearing your browser cache, and disabling browser extensions. If the issue persists, email support@lookupvin.us with your device, browser, and a screenshot if possible.
